Purchased photos will have a digital signature of my name placed on them (on event photos, my signature is placed small and discreetly down the bottom corner, not to take
anything away from your image). Photo credit is not a requirement but greatly appreciated. My digital signature is not to be removed/edited off any of my images I have taken.
If a graphic designer is using my photos and removing backgrounds, please make sure you supply a simple photo credit somewhere on the design.
If any image surfaces social media with a watermark over the image with "STOLEN PROOF" or "COPYRIGHT" - please report!
- No-one has my permission to use STOLEN PROOFS in any way, shape, or form. The use of stolen images is considered to be theft, and you will receive an
invoice for copyright infringement at a rate of $125 per stolen image.
- This extends to using AI apps like ChatGPT to remove my stolen proof and signature without purchasing. Any images suspected of this, I will be invoicing for the image at the rate of $125 per image that has been stolen.
- ANYONE WHO BREAKS MY RULES AND REFUSES TO PAY THE INVOICE AND REMOVE THE IMAGES AFTER REQUESTED,
WILL BE ON MY BLACKLIST AND NEVER BE PHOTOGRAPHED AGAIN
I own the copyright on all images I take, meaning I have the right to reproduce/publish/print any photograph taken by myself, Samantha Taylor.
